Deep Industry Knowledge
Haydee Moreno has over 20 years of experience across consumer financial services, including designing saving accounts, credit-building products, lending and first-time homebuying. Her focus is centered on the customer and their particular point of view, desires and needs. Throughout her career, one thing was the same across all initiatives - the realization that today's financial products can be redesigned to better serve customer groups that have been historically overlooked.
First-Hand Experience
As the daughter of Mexican immigrants who grew up in a working class, low-income household, Haydee has traveled the journey XGI aims to support - from the navigation of 401K plans, establishing trust funds after retirement to the setup of savings instruments to cover elder care.
